Everyone was great the dentist took her time ,checked on me and made sure i wasn't in any pain.
Nosrati is great because she is very particular about her work and expects her hygienist to be the same. She’s always looking out for your health and willing to work with you financially. She also specializes in implants. Mine turned out great! I have been going to her for 16 years! Highly recommend.
Dr. Nosrati and her staff are personable, professional and are interested in your well being.
I'm a real Fraidy Cat when it comes to Dentistry but the people at New Image Dentistry take very good care of me every time.

The Staff and Dentist always courteous and professional.
Since I have been going to New Image Denistry, this was the first visit that I did not see Dr. Nosrati at all. This was also the first time that I left disappointed. Before starting the procedure that I am having now, I was given a TOTAL out of pocket price. I was not told that it was a maybe price, but a total price. When I arrived at the appointment, I was approached with a balance owed. I was shocked, because it wasn't explained to me that I would be paying for one procedure in several payments. I thought I was paid in full. And then I was given a couple of different total amounts owed. And then I was given different amounts of coverage that was left on my insurance for the year. I was also informed that a part of the procedure was not going to be covered by my insurance, so therefore, was going to be out of pocket. I felt like after I questioned why we weren't aware that it wasn't going to be covered by insurance, I received negative feedback. I was then asked, did I not know that there was a clause on my policy. First and foremost, I don't process insurance and I am not on the medical staff to know what procedure is covered and even explanation of what procedures are actually taking place. 'But I will work with you, that is if you want me to work with you'., is what I was given. I, as in you??? I guess I learned a lesson to never get too comfortable and ask extreme questions before you sign the dotted line.
